Are there any additional costs?
Shopify:
There are no additional fees payable to us apart from the design cost you are quoted. All other fees, such as the Shopify subscription and/or third-party APPS, are payable to the relevant party.
Depending on the requirements you need for your website, I may recommend an App for certain functionality. At times these Apps will have an additional fee, which is payable directly to the app creator. Rest assured, I will speak with you before subscribing to any of these apps and provide options for you to choose from.
WordPress: Just hosting and maintenance! Unless you require additional plugins for certain functionality that are on a paid subscription service. I will always check with you before installing plugins that are an additional cost.
How long does the web design process take?
The timeline for web design can vary depending on the complexity of the project. Generally, Pixel Rise Studio follows a structured process to ensure a timely completion, however this also depends on how quick you get you pre work back to us to start. We also like to work in with your timelines so we always allow for flexibility!
Can I update my website content on my own?
Yes! At the end of the project I will run you through the steps to make simple updates so you can be as hands on as you like. I am always here if you need additional support, or just simply don’t want to update your website yourself.
What if I need additional features or functionality in the future?
Over time your business may change and the good news is, your site can change with you!

How many products can I sell on my website?
As many as you want! There is no limit to how many products you can list on the Shopify platform.
Are you based in Australia and do you outsource your work?
I am Australian based – located in Sydney, NSW. Everything I work on is built on Australian soil.
Do you offer any training on how to use the website?
Yes! Within your admin section of your WordPress site you will have access to all my training material including videos and articles.
If you are on the Shopify platform, I will provide you with a recorded video.
I will also take you through making simple updates when the project is complete.
